Thomas Knoell began his career in the heating and air conditioning field managing both residential and commercial systems. As a licensed HVAC mechanic, working side by side with builders, contractors, and homeowners, his vast knowledge of homes and buildings carried through his career for over 10 years.
In 1999, his career went in a completely different direction when he and his wife, Raquel began a bridal accessories business by merging their creativity with Thomas' master soldering skills. Their business, Thomas Knoell Designs, is currently in it's 22nd year of success and his products are sold in the finest bridal salons all over the US and internationally.
After successfully operating a bridal accessory business and working with clients nationwide, Thomas loved building relationships and helping brides and their families through the emotional decision making process. By combining his vast knowledge of homes and families, real estate was a natural fit.
Over the years, clients have been thrilled with the level of personal attention, service and dedication that Thomas has given. His "no problems, just solutions" attitude has been the backbone of every business transaction and one of the keys to his success.
Thomas is a proud ambassador for the Real Men Wear Pink Campaign where community leaders use the power of pink to raise awareness and money for the American Cancer Society's breast cancer initiatives, including innovative research, patient services, and education around screenings and risk reduction. It's one important way we're attacking cancer from every angle.
Partnered with his wife, Raquel Knoell, integrity, customer service, and making the home buying process fun, will be at the forefront of their business. Together, they have 4 children attending the North Shore schools, and a Pitbull named Blue. Thomas is a dedicated mixed martial artist and loves living in Sea Cliff.
