Kyle Knoell is a licensed real estate professional with Douglas Elliman Real Estate and a key member of Team Knoell, a family-run team with over 10 years of experience serving buyers, sellers, renters, and investors throughout Long Island and the greater New York area.
Kyle brings years of hands-on experience across a wide spectrum of real estate disciplines, including residential sales and rentals, commercial sales and leasing, multifamily investments, Airbnb acquisitions and sales, fix-and-flip projects, and auction and short-sale acquisitions. His diverse transaction background allows him to deliver strategic, results-driven guidance to first-time buyers, seasoned investors, landlords, and developers alike. He is one of the head coaches with the North Shore Wrestling Club, the largest youth wrestling organization in New York State, where he coaches athletes from kindergarten through eighth grade.
